When a well is brushed, the process physically removes the calcium from the inside of the casing. With acid, the perforations are cleaned chemically on the inside and the outside.
The treatment process takes from 12 to 24 hours.
It is not necessary to spend the money to pull the pump and column out and to reset the column and pump after treatment.
If the problem is the perforations are plugged, we have had approximately a 80% success rate.
